I came across the Lifestream of Acetuk and saw this interesting post with his sleep pattern:
A little more sleep but still erratic –
Sleep statistics for 13 – 14 Jan (Thu).
Went to bed / woke up: 01:34 / 06:21
Total time: 4h 47m
It also included this image:
Turns out he is tracking his sleep patterns with an iPhone app called Sleep Cycle. Anyone try this out? It looks interesting.

16 Jan 2010Track all your movements with fitbit (not an iPhone app). http://www.fitbit.com/ I might give it a try.

17 Jan 2010fitbit looks cool but man it's expensive just to do some sleep tracking lol… Going to give this app a whirl tonight… see if it does anything

17 Jan 2010Tried it out last night. Nerds like statistics, and this one told me I had a waking period about 2/3 the way through. Didn't (consciously) wake up to the app's alarm though.

18 Jan 2010Kelly, I've heard of Fitbit. I know it tracks both sleep and exercise but haven't heard much else about it. I think they only recently have started shipping their product. I will definitely be learning more about them.

23 Jan 2010@Mark: I’ve used it 3 times. I plan to keep on trying it, but It’s still not really waking me up with it’s alarm… Or perhaps I’m just so used to snooze that I skip past it.
