We can create an enormous amount of data over the course of a year while we are Lifestreaming. On a daily basis this is a simple set of information to track and digest, but some very interesting information could be gleaned if we were to analyze data over long periods of time.
Almost 2 years ago I wrote about Nicholas Felton who created some pretty interesting visualizations based on his Lifestreaming data. Ben Sekulowicz-Barclay is a developer who was inspired by Nicholas Felton to develop a website that similarly chronicles his life’s activity over the course of 6 years. The homepage shows a visual of activities broken down by types and numbers along with some nice pies and graphs. He built the site using CodeIgniter and if you’re interested, you can learn more about how he did it.
